My Deer Cake

I did this cake coming back from an automnal walk in the woods. 

It is a chocolate brownie base, salted butter caramel with Corn Flakes cereals for the crispy and a fluffy peanut mousse.

Decorations are made of chocolate.

A Fox Galette

In France, we celebrate the Kings arrival begining of January with a "galette". It is composed of two puff pastries with almond frangipane in the middle and some apricot.

My Son's Birthday Cakes

Always with a chocolate flavour, with vanilla, peanuts or caramel, he chose a design inspired from Pinterest and his favorite thing at the time: super heroes, pirates or dinosaurs, he already knows next year he wants Pokemon.

Valentines Day Cake

A red velvet cake with chocolate and cream cheese filing. A red mirror glaze and heart chocolates for decoration.

Christmas Buche

Triple chocolate buche with one white, one milk and one dark chocolate mousse. Chocolate shell and white chocolate decorations.

New Year's Dome

An almond crust, a dome of honey mousse and an apricot puree for the middle. Decorated with a "2021" in chocolate.

Back to School

Or starting school in our case... A marble cake (vanilla and chocolate), with royal icing on top decorated with shortbread pencils.
